SAME-SEX DICTATOR "Descend To Syncope" Tour Cassette

SAME-SEX DICTATOR recorded this cassette right before we left for our tour with THRONE OF BONE back in March with Justin Gallego of POSEIDON (and formerly MARROW & DEGANIA) at his house.  the tracks were later mastered by the indispensable Brandon Fitzsimons.  the speed in which we recorded the songs (half a day to do instruments, mere hours to do vox and mix) was intentional on our part for a more raw departure from the hand-wringing of our previous recording sessions.


the first two songs were originally written for our brief-lived side-project, BLACK LEATHER NOOSE, with Vince from ANHEDONIST.  the last track is actually two songs, one retooled version of a song from our first recording back in 2007, and one song that's unreleased, but feels almost ancient at this point.  I sometimes call this tape "Descend to Syncope" jokingly after a redundant line in the second song.
